Michael Downey is a Senior Associate at Gensler, a leading global design and architecture firm. As chair of Gensler's firmwide Mission Critical Task Force, Michael has built a team of dedicated professionals capable of responding to the ever-changing requirements of data center clients. Mr. Downey, a licensed California architect since 1988, has over 15 years of experience directing the design and construction of several-hundred mission critical facilities nationwide. He will share the successes, best practices and challenges of designing data centers now and in to the future.
